I believe we all have the ability to heal ourselves. Sometimes we need a little guidance from people who can see what we cannot. Both physical and emotional injuries get stored in our bodies as pain in our muscles, bones and organs. These traumas can cause aches and pains that, if not processed, lead to stagnation and discomfort. In our session we will, we work together creating space within your body so it can release stored pain and you can feel light and spacious.
I've spent my whole life around body workers and in healing spaces (my parents are massage therapists and healers) so I've always known I would step into this world myself. I completed my first yoga teacher training my senior year of high school and followed it up a few years later with a second. From there I ran a yoga studio, focused on being a healing space where students could take the yoga teachings and integrate them to feel healthier in their bodies. In 2018 I attended massage school at the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Mt Kisco, NY. There I learned many massage modalities which I incorporate to help and heal the person on my table. I have expanded my knowledge with two thai yoga massage courses and myoskeletal alignment technique. My focus is to help my clients feel more spacious in their bodies and I believe everyone has the right to enjoy moving through the world in their body, I use the tools I have to help my clients have the joy of freedom and mobility. |
